There's always other clans that could use your potential but nothing stopping you from creating your own!
I suggest use of discord, and if you have funds - a server for them to play on; overall that's entirely up to you!

this description unironically makes me feel somewhat interested in joining

but based on the fact that I only barely recognize the names, it's definitely an EU clan. Too bad. (And if you were to say "we accept NA players" I'd still be disinterested. Gotta have that low ping.)
