Character Customization

I recently saw someone ask this question in-game and I've been wondering about it since; Could you add Character Customization through editing the game's UI in a model pack? I know you could add other menus by editing UI files (such as the music menu in the Peneke Pack) so I think it could perhaps be possible with the right skill, though I'm not 100% sure.

Are you referring to JKA style customisation? You could probably just port a/some Jaden model(s) from the game and implement them.

The point is to add a sort of customization aspect instead of choosing from a set of models, hence I'm asking if doing so is possible.
