Char limit in class saves

Do you mean the names of the loadouts or the number of loadouts?

You can manually delete loadouts by deleting the config files with in the game, though for the the life of me I can't remember the path to the folder so I'll have to hope someone will kindly post it below me.

You can alternatively create a class loadout, name and save it under the same name of an existing config to overwrite it, like the default configs.

Loadout names don't need to be long or precise, just as long as you know which ones which.

Was that the reasoning behind limiting the characters? I can't think of how that fixed anything in any meaningful way. I'd like my loadouts to be able to have long names.

Limits of JKA UI's inability to properly auto word wrap is one of them. Meaning it would just overflow and be useless anyway.

You can go to MBII/forcecfg and find the team and class config and rename or delete it manually there.
