Same here, I have to use favorite to see some servers.

Yep, it appears to be down. Use this and manually connect to servers using /connect and then the IP in the console until we can restore it. Movie Battles II Server List

Master server is down. It isn't clear when it will be fixed, though MBII dev team is trying to get it back.
Modify your HOSTS file and your server list will be populated again right now, or use any other solution from here: When master server is down...
