[SOLVED] Can't launch MBII, when I launch it it closes.

So, i recently got a new pc. On my old laptop mb2 worked just fine, so on my new pc I go to install MBII, I press play and I continuously get the same error. It opens, it opens mb2 with the starting screen for a few seconds then closes to show the error. I tried a couple of solutions but none worked, can anyone help me?
