Technical Issue cant join certain maps

For some reason I just cant load certain maps and when a server is switching maps I have to exit the server and join once the map has changed or else it will kick me. For example, I cant join the geonosis map cmp_arena for some reason as when I try to join it just says "cant load cmp_arena"
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Open launcher, go to settings and hit repair. Also make sure Complete Installation is ticked
