Technical Issue Bespin V2 Error is a new bug?

LoadTGA: RLE-RGB Images (type 10) must be in bottom-to-top format

I had repacked MBII so can be that.

Did this cause you to crash?
I'm running a fresh install of mb2 and that error didn't pop up in console for me
