application load error 5:0000065434 ..... and i cant change jamp to mbII

So first off i installed the mod normally..... everything went fine until that code arrived...... after that i searched for answers in this forum ....... i found them...... for example to move it to the steam folder or change jamp to mbII or type something into steam properties..... NOTHING WORKED.... i cant change anything there is no steam integrity off or something i cant launch it via the launcher or steam..... please help me .... and if you do have a solution then please make screenshots and show me pictures i've literally studied every answer and nothing worked.... PLEASE HELP ME GUYS I HOPE YOU WILL::::::

it didnt splve the problem the code is still popping up when i try to start the game and i still cant change jamp to mb II

well the thing is.... i have launched jedi academy and started movie battles through the mods menu in settings..... but now if i join a server it always tells me to start the game through the mb2 launcher..... but like i said earlier that doesnt work .....
