Launcher Application is already running

When I try to open the launcher, it just tells me 'The application is already running', but it isn't on the taskbar. A little help, please?

Edit: I found a fix, I just had to end the task in Task Manager.

Little did I know, the image URL function doesn't work with Gyazo links, so you can't see the image. I can't remove it either.

It's in the tray, not in the taskbar.
Windows XP users have no problem with that, AFAIK same for Win 7 and Win 8. But I heard there are some issues with system tray on Windows 10, but that's your choice, using that <controversial> OS; be patient and I find an analog of the system tray, MBII Launcher's icon is there.
