Here is the Error:
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately

Access to the path .
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

D:\GameData\GameData\MBII_Launcher/logs
Rights-click on "D:\GameData\GameData" => Properties => Security => give yourself all possible permissions, including all subfolders.

Though your file structure is pretty weird. Why do you have a"GameData" inside of another "GameData"? *xzibit_emoji*
The better solution is reinstalling Jedi Academy to "D:\Program Files\Jedi Academy" or similar folder, so you would have path like: "D:\Program Files\Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs". Only one GameData.
