Yes im using windows version and i have all the frameworks.

I'm on windows 7 ultimate 64 bits. The launcher doesn't even open, when I double click it the stopped working box appears and it closes itself. There is no error I can take a screenshot of. I have net 3.5 and 4 installed up to 4.7.1

I cant manage to start t he launcher. it automatically says mb2launcher stopped working... i've tried everything and the error persists.
