From what I can tell it looks like your game is actually stretched. I think it might be due to how you get the 1080p in the first place. This is how I got 1080p for JKA. Change the values in Jedi Academy/GameData/base and open either jaconfig or jampconfig with the notepad and change...

I used Shadowplay to record it. For some reason anything else that I've recorded with or streamed with such as OBS caused huge frame drops. I have no idea otherwise with the HUD resolution, I don't think I changed the settings or anything like that, and I don't have any mod installed for MBII.
