When somebody tries to push you but he fails so your character or NPC plays this sound. But Im not sure if it is ever used in MB2, probably only for base JA although MB2 soundpacks have this pushfail in their soundpacks too.

Yeah, there is already very good sound replacer. I would concentrate on soundpacks only. I can see rip Anakin/Dooku soundpack next, maybe re-check Kylo Ren's or Finn's soundpack later.
