Disable dex regen. Already neutralizes force regen, hero dodge and heal to some degree.

You're poisoned. Why not a run speed debuff? Instant or one that enacts over a period of poison time. You'll initially be able to run just as fast as usual but once you enter half the poison effects lifespan - run speed decreased by 1/3rd.

One of these days I'll commit to high effects with smoke. And then, my gameplay will revolve entirely around only fighting one person at a time on my screen.
