Kills not registering if you have a contact with any object while falling

The problem isn't an interaction breaking the link (Though if it was a damage producing impact it might, not 100% sure), its simply that the time between the interaction and the death is extended.

Why does Gargos have access to JAMME features?

Yes but with a lot of work. Think years. Both the source code and the binary are protected by copyright. Transforming a work from one format to another does not affect the copyright. Just like the film reel out of a camera is as copyrighted as when you buy it on a DVD or when the same film is...

Why does Gargos have access to JAMME features?

Excatly. I was just pointing out that if there is a version of jaMME enabled version of MBII around it is not being distributed with the MBII Team's permission and would be a violation of our copyright as well as the GPL.

Why does Gargos have access to JAMME features?

To be 100 percent clear. JAMME is not in the MBII code base post 1.4.5. Ent cannot distribute source code containing JAMME to anyone if he has it. Any distribution would be in breach of the GPL. Any distribution is not with the authorisation of the MBII team. I will look into this.

Making New Content is Pointless Now

What's the alternative? It's would have to be some kind of similar system to leave some control and ability to make the server stand out and still make sure that there is some map variety.

It cant be both "If your a server owner do what you want" and "if your a server owner listen to the people"

Making New Content is Pointless Now

So you propose a two tier system where we listen only to server owners. Plenty of people don't like the situation with maps but they don't have a voice and they silently just play on EU servers which tend to be RTV. In practice there's a lot of ways it could be customisable to keep all sides...

Making New Content is Pointless Now

ok. Let's flip this on its head. If people like death star 24/7 so much. If RTV were forced, people would just vote for death star all the time so you'd have nothing to worry about? The fact that deep down your worried about this shows that there is a powerless majority who would like to play...

Making New Content is Pointless Now

There is a lot of variation in quality of maps which probably has something to do with it. I don't know why some servers like to have the same map 24/7. I don't go to these servers, I'm bored to death of death star at the moment anyway. But Star Killer base has been pretty popular since it came...

That is how it is designed to work. Being open beta it hasn't been tested to do so yet.

Yes. But they are noted as changes from 1.4.9 not from the Open Beta. The top sections notes things that either were bugged in the last open beta, or things that were never in the live game but were in open beta that have subsequently been removed.
