You can host a public server yourself from your own router if you want some friends playing on it,Hosting Server: Windows Follow the instructions there. However if you just want to make a server for yourself to play on you can use the Create Server option in the menu.

I mean, MB2 doesn't need a strong pc for it to run 60 fps. If you're on a crappy pc just turn all your settings down to low and close off your background processes.
