It is an extremely rare model, took me a long time to find, that model was an exclusive from one older version of the HB (Tomi01 pack back then) pack, back in 2010 or 09 if i'm not mistaken, I upgraded the model by giving it a better head, icon and a soundpack, it's one of my favorites.

Uhm, well I can tell you that it is cosmetical, but it's kind of weird that he perfomed that animation if you don't have the animation add-on. I'll do some tests later on, maybe the animation was attached to the hilt, I know that it's possible.

The Inquisitor Hilt is not meant to be a Single saber, it's just a side effect of the file but it should appear in the staff list, it works for me and some other people.

Ok yeah your folder looks kind of weird, it looks like u have like 2 copies of MBII in your gamedata. It should actually go here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII

Uhm, the instructions are inside. But make sure to put the pk3 inside the MBII folder, not the rar file, that might be your mistake? In case it's still not working, post a picture of how your MBII folder looks like.

Just a heads up, i've noticed that the Comkeller ARC is bugged, he has no torso, I'll do a small hotfix whenever i have the time available, other than that, the pack looks pretty stable.
