The system to reference existing models (Having a .txt called model_modelname) does not work with the +xxx_model system. If this could be fixed, custom packs could be optimized a ton (especially those with primarily skin based changes)

open the pk3, delete the folder models>weapons2. Then remove NoobGuns.shader in shaders

Hard to know more without seeing it, but you might be having a typo in the skin file, or if you edited the glm, then didnt include the new head name

Well I was hoping to release with the next MB2 update, but soonTM isn't soon enough! Noob Pack 1.4.2 is out and ready to download! Ton's of new models, to include new weapons and sounds. Some skins might be missing from the last version, but don't worry! They will return in some form or another...
