Im guessing that's what your anti-virus is blocking. Either disable it during the install or you can try grabbing the AutoUpdater from here manually: http://update.moviebattles.org/launcher/AutoUpdate.exe

Looks like something is blocking it from launching. Try running GameData/AutoUpdate.exe as an administrator.

How long have you left it for? You may need to allow 30 seconds to a few minutes for the larger files on the first run.
