Items now work before press "reload weapon" key with weapon_saber. (blade on/off) But if you select next weapon and go back to the weapon_saber, "use item" key don't work.

I use missiles very well, sometimes even against Sith. Most often, after left-clicking, people stand on the line of fire. The action cannot be canceled. =(
