Consecutives giving ACM has been like this since R20 release. And it makes more sense than ACM previous patches, where even if you've blocked first 3 swings of a 4 hit combo, the last one would still hit you for full damage and full acm gain.

You can try changing renderer, lowering graphical settings in menu, etc. Anything that could speed up loads, if that is the issue.

Should happen when you are loading too long or performing some graphical change in game that would require vid_restart

Temporary solution is to use OpenJK engine instead of JAMP. This crash occurs due to JAMP trying to load progressive jpeg, which is not supported
