Well you see, for vote to pass (in its current state) 66% of players should vote "Yes", and it sucks. So it's disabled due to uselessness.

Hello :) You should have GameData folder. Throw "MBII" folder into GameData, so "MBII" will be in the same directory as "base". So the path to .pk3 files in "MBII" should be Jedi Academy/GameData/MBII/*.pk3 Also MBIILauncher.exe has to be placed in GameData too.

Well uh, it's weird lol. That background image is unused for 2 or 3 versions. Your MBII version is really outdated for some reason. This is how current main menu looks like. What version is mentioned in changelog when you start MBII?
