Not fun for you perhaps but what about the players? 1.4.5 was quite fun and there were no large complaints about it. All it needed was some tweaking and bug fixes but then came big bad stassin and changed it big time

Yes and all that have been made FOR open mode.

What about all the maps, remaking them, adding new weapons, characters blah blah

I am thinking from other peoples pov too lol. Some of the fixing has been good and liked by the players but there has always been some new bad mechanics being added that shouldnt have been made (1.4 dueling patches for example) if something isnt working like it should, it needs to be fixed...

Are you telling me that the main mode on mb2 hasnt been the priority? With nearly all devs working on it?

Fun is subjective. Would it really be too much to ask that we could get a better version of this system so we could enjoy it?

Tempest is a saber dev and he made a new build which is a lot better than the public build. Reverting to some older build, whichever you want

I think the biggest problems on this current patch are countering, parries, damages, interrupts and style balancing. These need to be fixed, we've been suffering for too long :-(

Yeah not saying Tempests beta will be perfect, but its a hell of a lot better than what we currently have. And yes, no one wants that sabering would keep on getting changed all the time, just make it simple but good enough that it doesn't need to be constantly tweaked.
