Are you sure you did a succesful pb? The effect was there for me and everyone else, didnt see anyone else complaining about that.

Yes its offense is nearly as good as yellow but can tank a lot more due to much better defense values. Plus faster swings have higher chance to interrupt and makes it harder to react to. So yes staff is stronger than yellow and duals

The loading time from launcher to in game has increased quite a bit, game freezes when i go to menu from a server. Also if i try to join a server which is full, it goes to awaiting gamestate like normal but when i press esc to go back to menu, it freezes again. Not end of the world but really...
