ok so,

what are the best butter and egg substitutes? and why is it sweet potato? and do u know if you can make brown butter out of margarine? also, know any good white chocolate recipes that don't use dairy products, or somehow avoid using cocoa butter (cause cocoa butter real expensive) ?

and no u cannot make brown butter out of margarine, while you can try its not gonna be the same result or flavour.

also i dont use cocoa butter so cant really help you there, depending of the region it might be expensive or not.
