To port forward, follow this steps. If you dont know how to enter your internet device, then do this 1) Press Windows key + R 2) Type CMD and press Enter 3) Type ipconfig 4) Look for the gateway IP, and put in on the web browser Also, add firewall exceptions on your PC, and check your antivirus :)

If the server isn't showing up, i recommend you to check first your computer(Firewalls or any "antivirus" software), and if nothing changes, check your device that allows you to connect to the Internet.(Virtual Server, Port Forwarding and relatives). If nothing works, i could send you my server...
