Alright after changing physical locations, the game updated correctly. I repaired and I am now able to play. I guess it was just a problem for that specific WiFi network. Thankfully it was a much easier problem to solve then it appeared. Anyways I appreciate the help guys.
Unfortunately nothing has changed, After creating exceptions and shutting down any anti-virus software the same problem occurs. If there aren't any other suggestions, I'll just have to reinstall, although that might not fix it.
It doesn't appear to have fixed anything, although I have noticed that every time I repair the installation, the same 7 files are downloaded over and over, these are the files in the post above your's. Maybe it's something with them?

Alright small problem im having with this, first I can't find any files that are read only, only the demo's folder in Jedi Academy\GameData\mmeMBII was read only, however I can't seem to to make it readable, it simply becomes read-only after I exit the properties menu.I
Another problem is that...
I've tried that, unfortunately much like repairing the installation, it only causes the launcher to re-download the update. Once the update has been re-downloaded the same problem occurs.
This bug is getting on my nerves, every time I start mb2 through the launcher, it starts regular JK multiplayer instead. Repairing does nothing, it only re-downloads the update. Starting MB2 through steam also did not work, and using the Jedi Academy folders executable's does not work either...
