    I don't think so no, part of the point of the whole system is that we can rate-limit anything that goes through it. Which is part of what stops a lot of those bugs.

    It is not the point in the match, or the fact that they update in real time from the sliders. Thats how it is supposed to work. It is the order of getting to the menu -> changing values -> hitting apply. ui_char_color (and other ui_ character settings) are temporary value holders, not the ones...

    This is done as part of the process to prevent join bugs and Kyle bugs, ensuring things execute in a specific order. They won't be unlocked and users should not be modifying them directly.

    You're not crazy. I added a bunch of material sounds, which included adding more landing sounds. When I did that though it seemed like the landing sounds got slightly off in timing. Not sure why currently. The rest of the sounds should be normal though, but landing is definitely off.

    It wouldn't have. Right now we basically push all things to the next release to our MBIIRelease folder. Things are grabbed from that folder and put into a patch manifest and both the manifest and files are uploaded onto the main server. A process that will hopefully be fully automated soon...
