I'm curious, what is the reason for still having jamp.exe? For me, that way to launch the game sometimes causes issues anyways.

Solved. There was a [ext_data] folder in my model replacement which contained [mb2] > [character] folder. After deleting ext_data, all FA problems have been resolved.

I tried this, it did not work

I'm having a problem where certain models (majority of them) on FA maps are not shown, almost everyone is just Kyle. This only happens on certain maps too. Maps such as House of the Fallen or DotF models will not work while aliens will. Any help/suggestions would be great. Thanks :)
