Launcher Can't install the game

Dunno what was happening with the update so I uninstalled MB2 and I'm trying to reinstall it but it can't even download and keeps saying maximum number of download attempts. So I think the game is just not installing or finding where the files are but It still don't work can anyone help?

This means either you have network stability issues or something is blocking one of the files being downloaded.

Quickest workaround will be just to install manually.
