Technical Issue When I run MBII client I get no anti aliasing but when I run openjk I get tpose glitch?

I bought the game during the steam sales and installed openjk2 as well as Moviebattles. When I run the moviebattles client the lines are all jagged so I try to run the openjk exe and it makes everything look nice again but then the tpose glitch happens. I've moved the base asset file into the base folder and that didnt help either.

EDIT: I actually mixed up my resolution on the MB2 config! My resolution is 1680 x 1050 and I was putting in 1650 x 1080
