Is there anyway to stop or remove time for private servers without the private dll's or something since my group would like it so we don't have to reset every 5 mins while training people,

You could set the time limit to 60 minutes if you have control of that.

I set in the config to 2000 (I think it's in seconds) and it doesn't work

I asked and they said that it requires custom dll's and is only for official servers

Yes, it is for official servers only. We will not be giving out those dlls.
