[SOLVED] Stuck at loading screen?

Have the steam version of JK. I installed using the launcher
When I join a server, I always get stuck at the end of the loading
I have to end the process to exit
please help, this seems fun

Yeah it is fun We might need more info to help though.

For now, make sure you've got /rate 25000 in console. Can't think of anything else right now.
