Fixed SBD Animation glitch

I found that the SBD's have glitched animations with slap currently in Legends (Unsure if other modes has this too). I tried fiddling with M_PUNCH and M_KICK in meleeMoves but it seems neither of these was the cause, it also only seems to glitch out after a respawn/new round.

I also tried removing WP_MELEE to see if that was the cause, but the animation glitch was still happening.

Worth noting that his happened only now after the 1.9.2 patch, and I could not find anything mentioning about a related change to this.
