Technical Issue RTV/RTM Troubleshooting

Hello, I'm trying to implement the RTV/RTM script into my server, and no matter what it's not working. I don't get any errors or anything it just simply isn't working.
Any help is appreciated.

server.cfg
openjk_server.cfg

I'm running the server on a Linux box. I've given the proper perms to all necessary RTV files. I can start and stop the script w/o any errors but it does not work.

I suggest checking if the log file is indeed being saved in /root/.local/share/openjk/MBII/games.log

Thank you for the recommendation, I deleted the games.log file and rebooted the server and it looks like a new one has been generated and is indeed logging information from the server.

I'm using what I'd like to believe is the most recent one, I downloaded it from the MBII download page under the tools section.

Can you try lowering the value of g_chatProtectTime

I lowered the value of

g_chatProtectTime "100"

and still nothing.

If you have a firewall, it's worth checking that you communicate properly with yourself, rcon isn't going to run locally.

hmm ok, so i tried connecting to my server using rcon and it keeps failing to connect.
I'm checking the firewall rn.

Alright so after playing with some things and even disabling the firewall still nothing.
