Will unlock when it's no longer needed.

If the reason for wanting it unlocked is to run pugs, you can always use the BG servers for that.

Well Helix does and afaik he's on all your pugs. Or if he isn't, and you need to run a pug, ask him for his admin

And why do you think I am asking to unlock the euro server? Maybe because he wasn't there? And, it's just an assumption, maybe planning any activity involving 10 people, totally relying on one guy is just not the best idea?
