Objective messages don't appear on mb2_coruscant_chase any more

When a part of the map's objective is completed the messages that come with it which should be displayed across the screen to everyone only rarely appear, or they can appear and immediately disappear. For example, the messages "We did not find the code." and "We found the code." on mb2_coruscant_chase are almost never appearing any more. This is maybe limited only to that map, but the bug may be on other maps too. This became broken quite recently. In fact, I think it became broken in the 1.4.3 patch. There is nothing written in the patch notes of the recent patches that states that the messages were removed.
Edit: They aren't appearing in the console either.

Steps to replicate:
1. Play the mb2_coruscant_chase map
2. Hack the objective consoles
3. See that the objective messages aren't appearing
