Launcher my launcher doesn't open, I click on it, it tells me to accept it as administrator I accept it looks like it's loading but it never opens

my launcher doesn't open, I click on it, it tells me to accept it as administrator I accept it looks like it's loading but it never opens nor does the launcher open, I know it may be a problem on my pc but I want some help to at least be able to play the game again

Run the mbii.exe or whatever the name is(not the launcher) that is in the folder this will start the base game then just close the game and try to start the launcher. You only have to do this once and then launcher somehow gets fixed.
