Unconfirmed Missing text in settings

It may be intentional, but it seemed a bit odd to me so I'm posting anyway.

So there's no text for the second tab in Gameplay settings, which makes it pretty much invisible and really easy to miss. I literally had no idea these options existed until I randomly moved my cursor over it last night.
