Launcher MBII crashes when I load through launcher.

I was always able to play it by loading up a server through Jamp but that has become very frustrating cause then the game crashes switching between levels and is much less smooth so I thought it was finally time to try to get the launcher working, but I don't know what to do now, Whenever I go to try and load up a server it just stutters and crashes to the desktop saying "VM_create on UI failed It's been like this ever since I first got this way back in January 2016 and I've been completely clueless since. Please help It's so frustrating.

Not sure what does it means but anyway...

MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation.
Post latest log from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.

MBII Launcher => Settings => Engine => MBII Client => Play.
If you already use MBII Client, switch to jamp.

What is your videocard? Intel?
Update your videocard's drivers.
