Lugormod/Base maps

Is it possible to play lugormod/base maps in MB2?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong thread or if this has already been answered.

It might be possible if you construct a .pk3 of an existing base/lugormod map. You could try creating a server and switching the map to the base map name, never tried that. (Though most likely not possible).
