Launcher Launcher file removed itself and I can't start MB2

You fine people I hope you can help me out...
So I wanted to play MB2 tonight but after opening the launcher it suddenly removed itself.
When I try to open the MBII_Launcher_Setup.msi file to repair the launcher I only get this error message.

Try running as admin.
Can also try a fresh launcher install, remove the launcher via program files and re install.

This is almost certainly being blocked by anti-virus. Whitelist launcher and you should be fine.
