Launcher Jedi Academy Must Be Installed to Steam Folder

Hey guys. Don't remember having this issue before the new launcher. I have a second folder on another hard drive for the majority of my Steam games, and that is where Jedi Academy lives and has always lived. I might be looking in the wrong threads for a resolution to this, but haven't found one. I have Steam Integration turned on and the file path is pointing to the right place. What am I doing wrong?
