I got banned on two Duel Servers for no reason

Idk why but i got banned. i already asked helix and he told me to open up a thread here. sooo its J|Duel Server and AGO Duels whatever or so. I have nothing done wrong and now i dont even have a server where i can play. Can you tell me how to fix this or how to contact admin there?
