Hosting Server Giving players items/weapons [Plugin]

Hello!
Is there a rcon command in MB2 to give player a weapon similiar to !spin? I've looked into the spin plugin in MBIIEZ, but it uses a command called 'wannabe', which looks like it tries to become a player for a while and giving the item, but it does not work unfortunately.

No such command exists, !spin is the only way to get things outside what you can purchase with points in open or are assigned in legends.

A lot of that MBIIEZ Spin stuff is outdated and hasn't worked in forever.
