Game stuck when changing map

Hello there
I don't know if someone already opened a topic for this problem, but most of the times my game freezes when the server is changing map and I have to go back to menu.
If I manage to get into the map I can choose side and class but I'm not spawning and the camera is all buggy.

Yes it happens sometimes , open the console and type /recon
