[SOLVED] Failed to load renderer?

It tells me where a crash log is located in a My Games folder. Please teach me how to fix this and im not a tech wizard so please teach me how in simple terms.

If you want to get any help, you must provide a way more information about your issue.
Post exact error text as is, no retelling. If you got JA console window with an error, post everything that is in that window, do not omit everything.
Screenshots are welcomed as well.

Also,
MBII Launcher => Settings => check "Enable logging" => Repair installation.
Post latest log from "Jedi Academy\GameData\MBII_Launcher\logs" here.

Can you post the crashlog here?

In my crashlog, which i cant show since im on mobile, tells me it couldn't exec openjk.cfg and autoexec.cfg then it tried to load rd-vanilla-mbii_x86.dll twice and finally says failed to load renderer.
