I think this is how it's supposed to be, A280 is the one that gains perfect walking accuracy at level 2.

They both fire 5 round bursts and the levels do the same thing. Level 1 is main gun primary fire, inaccurate. Level 2 is accurate fire and burst mode. Level 3 is scope. In the last patch DLT shot accurately in single fire mode while walking, it doesn't now, and A280 does.

I'm pretty sure it's been that way for a really long while.
The A-280 and the DLT-20a are some of the Wiki pages Hexodius updated last week. You can see that the DLT-20a doesn't have anything about accuracy at Level 2 while the A-280 does. It's kinda just a worse A-280 out of context, but in context I think it's kind of hard to even compare them since the classes are so different.

There is a slight difference in walking accuracy there, but I could swear in 1.3 that you could fire while walking accurately. Either that or it was so miniscule it wasn't noticeable but it is quite apparent now. Also the in game description states that level 2 improves accuracy and adds burst fire.
