Disable the opening of cell doors on mb2_deathstar in Open mode

In Open mode the cells are only used for camping and timewasting.

That may be true, but timewasting is something that can be done very easily regardless of the map, so it's something that has to be countered by admins more than anything. If you removed the death star cells then you really ought to remove gen corridor from dotf (by making the forcefield doors not open at all). But I like those, they add flavor.
