Creating custom scenarios? For FA, or SA?

Hello all! I was wondering if anyone had any information concerning the creation of new scenarios?

I was thinking of creating a proxy Ashoka and Rex escape with the Venator map.

There are also a number of others that could be done, such as the clone rebellion on Kamino, a Bounty Hunter, DF inspired. Depending on the difficulty of getting it done.
